Attaching a photo in the assistant
Attach up to three photos to a message and PostYard writes the caption from what is actually in them. By default the photo is used once and never offered to the AI again.

Attach a photo, say what it is — "shot at the Manchester venue on Friday" — and PostYard writes the caption from the photo itself rather than from a generic template, then queues the post for approval. PNG, JPEG or WebP; up to three at a time.
An attached photo is ONE-TIME by default: it is used for that post and never offered to PostYard's AI again, so last Friday's crowd shot cannot reappear on next month's post. It still lives in the asset library, badged "One-time", where you can find or delete it — the file is kept because the post it made renders from it.
Tick "Keep in the library for reuse" before sending if the picture is something you DO want offered again — a logo, a venue shot, a product photo. That stores it as an ordinary library image.
