The approval queue
Every post — however it arrived — sits Pending until a human approves or rejects it; approving hands it to the delivery route at its scheduled slot.
Where: Queue
The queue has three tabs: Pending (awaiting a decision), Approved (decided, waiting for its scheduled slot or already sent) and Rejected (sent back, with your note attached). A post keeps its caption and graphic editable right up until it's actually sent.
- 1Open a pending post to read its caption and see its graphic.
- 2Edit the caption or the graphic in place if something's slightly off.
- 3Approve it — PostYard holds it until its scheduled moment, then hands it to the delivery route.
- 4Or reject it with a short note explaining what needs to change.
