AI generation is metered against a credit balance topped up monthly by your plan or bought in bundles — manage it from the billing portal.
Every AI generation run — including the research it does along the way — draws down a credit balance: a monthly allowance from your plan first, then any purchased top-up credits, which never expire on their own.
If AI generation is switched off because credits have run out, everything else keeps working exactly as before — the queue, approvals, scheduling and manual posting are never gated on billing, only the AI writing itself.
- 1Open the billing portal to see your current balance and plan.
- 2Buy a top-up bundle for an immediate boost, or turn on automatic top-up so it happens on its own when your balance runs low.
- 3Change or cancel your plan from the same portal — it never requires contacting support.
