Team & roles
Three roles — Admin, Post type Manager and Team Member — decide who can approve, manage settings, or only see the post types they're assigned.
Where: Post types → (open the post type) → Team, or Settings → Team
An Admin sees and manages every post type. A Post type Manager creates and manages the post types they're assigned to, including the asset library, but not install-wide settings. A Team Member can only approve/reject posts on their assigned post types.
Inviting someone emails them a link to set their own password — nothing to configure beyond picking their role and which post types they can see.
