Page, voice and event watchers
A watcher polls a URL, an RSS feed, or an events feed and proposes a post whenever something worth writing about changes.
A page watcher diffs a URL's content on a schedule and asks the AI whether the change is worth a post. A voice watcher does the same for a person or company's public posts via an RSS feed — useful for reacting to what someone else just published. An event watcher polls a structured events feed and proposes a post for each newly-eligible public, future-dated event, without asking the AI to judge eligibility at all.
Every watcher-proposed post lands in the ordinary approval queue exactly like any other post — nothing a watcher finds is ever posted without a human decision unless the post type's own schedule says otherwise.
